Astonishing − Entire Mortgage Industry is Broken − Phil Ting interview

by Ken Kappel on February 20, 2012

Phil Ting is the Assessor-Recorder for San Francisco County. He recently issued a report basically proving that the entire mortgage industry is based on intentional fraud. Based on Intentional Fraud. This − what we and others call Foreclosure Gate − was conceived of and initiated by Wall Street Investment Banks in the mid-nineties. Then as the Grand Fraudulent Scheme came near to reality major depository banks − the Too Big To Fail Banksters − including The Famous Couple − Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were brought aboard; and, in culmination they created the Mortgage Electronic Registry System (MERS).

This allowed them to deny all 3,143 counties in the U.S. recording fees as the Grand Fraudulent Schemers illegally swapped and transferred the Promissory Notes and Mortgage/Deed of Trust amongst themselves − over and over. Of course more laws were broken, but, if you read this blog regularly and you should particularly if you are an underwater homeowner or have lost your home to illegal foreclosure − you already know that.

While this report follows on the heels of last week’s announcement of the 50 State Attorney’s General cave-in settlement with the Banksters the settlement is not a matter of law until the end of the month. It may be stopped if any Attorneys General have the stomach to go against the administration and the no doubt millions of dollars in campaign contributions they will covertly receive before the November election from the Banksters.

What San Francisco County did was to do the appropriate fraud seeking investigations that were not done, which enabled the Banksters to receive a very very favorable settlement for themselves. You must watch this.

Big Tip. When we started the video for the first time, it sounded like it was coming from a deep echo cave. If this happens to you. Simply close it out — come back here and start it again. It worked fine the second time.

Finally, this will give you a much deeper understanding of what you can do to Confront Fraudulent (Illegal) Housing Debt; and, obtain a Forced Debt Reorganization for the benefit of your family.
