Ken “Postman” Kappel was known solely as “The Postman” for his 2008 first book on the foreclosure disaster: Choose Foreclosure: the Case For Walking Away.

Since that time and as new information became available regarding what has been called “Foreclosure Gate” and “Robo Signing” he realized that “walking away” was a mistake that their was / is a way to take legal action to:

Repudiate Predatory (illegal) Housing Debt.

He rewrote the book, which is available now.

LampLight Communications Inc. While pursuing a writing career in NYC he owned and operated an incorporated expert word processing, training and technical consultancy. He worked at: Goldman Sachs, Drexel Burnham, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Solomon Brothers, Prudential-Bache Capital Funding, Merrill Lynch; and, law firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Baker & McKenzie; White & Case, Mound Cotton & Wollan, Bower & Gardner, and many other firms.

Resolution Trust Company. In NYC, as the Savings and Loan Debacle began to wind down by direct action by the Federal Government’s. Resolution Trust Company (RTC), as a sub-contractor for the RTC’s principal law firm, he designed an automated loan document processing system which processed hundreds of new discrete loan document packages for commercial real estate purchases worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

KribKram Series. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Trainer, he wrote a series of study guides for individuals to pass technical examinations to obtain various Microsoft Certifications.
